Is there any way that I can set up IMail Administrator so that it would be
very very difficult, if not impossible, for me to read the mail of my fellow
employees?

I would like to be able to retain the power to set up new accounts.

The problem, as I see it, is that if I wanted to read someone's mail, I
could change their password and then read their mail.  Of course, when they
went to get their mail, their password wouldn't work.  Nevertheless, I would
really rather not have the power to read anyone elses mail.
