Scott,  Thanks for your input but the IP address for Netscape and IMail are
the same. We have the IMail services shut off at this time.  However, when
we were working with IMail we had shut off the Netscape services.

You MX record points to an IP address that is using Netscape for its
mail.  You need to have the MX record point to the server running IMail.
