FYI, there are no known vulnerabilities currently in IMail's web
messaging. Specifically, the IIS holes won't harm IMail in any way. Code
Red and friends will just use up extra CPU time and bandwidth.
Of course, it couldn't hurt to have a URLscan-like plugin.
