If  all  of  these requirements are met, you will be fine. How to meet
requirement (d) is up to you.  Sandy

In our quest for the perfect IMail, Craig's got us all very excited...so we
do listen to your very detailed advice Sandy, but you're not as much fun
: ). Craig, keep us dreamin, but I believe folks will loose some, perhaps
lots of data especially if (d) is not met, no?
