We did this several years ago. One user hit reply and everyone got the message. We even tried using makelist and deleting the list when we were done. There were several other options we tried and it all came down to just remotely accessing the server and using the mailall.exe command line. I only do this once a month, so it is not a major chore. But it is something that Ipswitch could fix very easily and they have chosen not to for the last 5 years. My real beef with mailall.exe is the fact that it only works reliably if you use the registry. If you use SQL or NT SAM, not everyone will get the message. And it is not consistent!
