Since it was several years ago, I do not remember what I did. But now that I think about it, I think it was using makelist and the list was what I used that time. It was the only time I did that... I had tried several options and just got real frustrated with the whole mess. I only send out our newsletter once a month, so I just resigned myself to doing it manually.
