There are two choices:  you can [1] use "Relay for users" or [2] use "No 
mail relay".

If you can't know all the IP addresses that your users are coming from, 
then you can't use "Relay for Users".  That's OK, though.  You can use 
#2:  "No mail relay".  Despite it's evil name, it really means "No mail 
relay without authorization".  That means that everyone has to use SMTP AUTH.

Yes, I know your next comment:  "We can't possibly make everyone use SMTP 
AUTH".  In that case, spammers can use your mail server, and you'll be 
stuck in ORBZ.   In this case, our Declude Hijack product will help you (it 
will prevent unauthorized mass mailings), but you will still be seen as an 
open relay.  Closing the open relay (using one of the two methods above) is 
your best option.
