mmmh well you are lucky then.  Maybe they are doing it in certain areas only.  I have 
comcast also.  When I called  them and said I was having problems logging into my 
server which I can do from every place else and I use my laptop at home and other 
places as well to log in but fail from home first thing they did was accuse me of 
running servers from home and threaten to cut my service off.  Then they said they do 
port scanning and blocking to shut people off from doing this.  Do you run the mail 
server from home.  If so I am going to move mine ans start doing it also
