Check the following: - You have a valid from address in the .cfmail file. - The ip address of the cf server is configured in the imail server's relay addresses. - If you are doing mass mailings with cfusion it will crap out if the cfusion\mail\spool or cfusion\mail\undeliv directories get more then 65,000 + files in them at once.
