A free list server such as Ecartis or MailMan are fine if you are sending a unique msg to 100's of 1000's of list memeber, but if you are mail-merging with MailKing and sending per-user messages, a list server won't help. Use the MailKing product to create the per-user messages and an outbound SMTP gateway (not Imail) to deliver them.
