Most
are dial up users; however our tech support staff did see the problem themselves
when one user called in and they are on a T1. I saw the Invalid Action
error myself from home and I'm on a wireless connection at T1 speeds.
When I
got the Invalid Action on deleting a message at home I was able to return to the
summary and select the message again and delete it. I though it could have
been that I was trying to click stuff too fast... but after testing it could not
have been that. The thing is that I'll play with it to try to figure it
out.... customers just get aggravated.
My
browser is 6.0 IE. Others I know of with the problem were 5.5
IE.
