Windows 98! What do they expect? Probably a product of the US
Public school system.
My guess is IE 6. Absolutely flaky browser. Some people use it
fine but lots of problems. I can't use it all.
You can spend a few hours experimenting with the privacy settings
and you can try telling imail to ignore source address but no
guarantees.

I'd say it is the same problem.

I don't know on that one. I certainly have plenty of AOL mail
coming in here and no report from anyone of any problems like
that. But I'd bet that is a browser issue too.
Just my own opinions.
