I don't think 25 users is the issue -- I think you'd have a hard time with
2500 users.  If you're going to use IMail's interrnal (registry-based)
database, you pretty much have to follow Jerry's suggestion.  If you're
going to use a SQL database for IMail then you could export basic mailbox
info from Exchange, but not the messages themselves.
