I'm running Imail v. 6.05 on a W2K server, using KillerWebMail web
template. Everything has been running fine for a year.
I have one user who just developed this problem: when he logs
on via the web, his To:, CC:, BCC, & subject lines have shifted so
that CC: appears on the top line, BCC on the second line, Subject
on the third line. The bottom line, however, does not say TO:.
When he uses the contacts (addressbook), it still puts the name on
the first line (which is now CC:) All of the mail he sends tries
to go to the word that is on the bottom line (the old subject
line) and comes back as undeliverable. (If he used his
addressbook, it also gets CC'ed to the right person.)
Is there a nice fix? Or do I do the heavyhanded thing and
delete him as a user and re-add him? If I do this, I know I have
to copy the mailboxes and contacts. What is the name of the
addressbook file? I don't recognize it.
Thanks,
Christopher Gibson
