Well, that's a new one. :) A corrupt mailbox file cannot cause this
problem... it's client-side. You don't mention a few key points of
information: 1)what browser is this user using?, and 2)have you tried this
user's account from another browser, to rule-out a browser-based problem?

My *guess* is the user is using Netscape, and that he's got a corrupt
style cookie. Have him re-apply a style from the Options pull-down menu,
then test again. If problem persists on NS, make sure he's at v4.73 at
least.
