When you say "the mail still goes through", do you mean it ends up in the
users main mailbox?

Contrary to what the manual says, when setting up a domain level rule, it's
not as simple as putting the account name that you want the mail to be
directed to in the "send to the mailbox" field. For example, if you put
"abc" in the "send to the mailbox" field, a mailbox will be created within
the original recipients account named "abc". To make it work right you need
to use a .fwd file. That process is discussed in KB acticle
IM-19980116-DD08. Even then the message doesn't end up in the main mailbox
of the destination account, a sub-mailbox is created. This problem has been
noted with tech support and hopefully they are working on a fix.
