After updating to imail 7.05, the iwebmsg.exe hogged the cpu, according to kb article http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990527-DM10.htm.
However, the IMonitor service is not running. There is heaps of memory free. The web templates have been updated to the latest release as well. I never had this problem before with any older version. As a workaround, I set up a performance monitor alert, killing the iwebmsg service and restarting it when reaching 90% CPU. Anybody else out there facing the same problem after the update?
