Support. Declude has a clue! Recurring cost. Depends on software, but our annual cost for F-Prot is $40 vs Imail/Symantec at a few thousand. I have not seen any unhappy Declude customers on this list. I do see unhappy Imail customers (I am not one of them, I just complain loudly about some of the business decisions Ipswitch makes and complain less loudly about features Imail has lacked for the last 5 years...).
