First thing to try is changing your password....

I had one client out of about 500 mail users claim the same thing.
He would even use web messaging from home, see the messages, and then they would not be at the office.
This particular user receives about 40 emails a day and on a couple of days, got none!

changed his password voila, problem solved!  My guess is another machine on his networks still had his email account plugged in to the mail client or someone was reading his emails ond did not check "leave on server" on their mail client.

beyond that, I have no other solution except delete and re-create the mailbox.

Hope that helps...

I have had a couple of customers complain about messages disappearing from their accounts. They had logged in to their accounts through Webmail and left a few messages in their Inbox to review them again later. The next day they logged inand Inbox was blank or had new messages in the Inbox, but the old messages had disappeared. The customers claim on to POP the accounts.
This has happend to me too, but I was using IMAP you access my mail account. It would happen to me at different times of the day and on 2 different email account I use. I have yet to find some common event that caused my messages to disappear.
This has happened after we upgraded to IMail7.02. We now are using 7.04.
