The SPAMCOP test should catch somewhere around 80% of all spam, with
extremely few false positives. The BADHEADERS and MAILFROM tests are also
good; they only catch spam (and mail sent from broken or seriously
misconfigured mail clients that might not get delivered anyways).
Our weighting system, which is almost out of beta, should help a lot. It
will let you use a lot of the tests that you might not want to use by
themselves, and will help eliminate false positives.
