When running NAVGW in front of your IMail server, how do you authenticate users SMTP relay?

I would upgrade to NAV Gateway 2.5 if possible. I am running a NAVGW server on both sides of my Imail server (150 users) for scanning inbound and outbound mail and neither one really works that hard. Both are as follows: P2 400mhz (both machines) 256MB Ram (inbound machine) 128MB Ram (outbound machine) W2K Professional (NOT W2Kserver) 6 GB HD (currently have 4.5 GB free on both) It doesn't seem to take much muscle to run a decent NAVGW server. You certainly don't need an overblown P4 1.8 ghz machine. That would be alot of overkill. There is my two cents worth. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dominic Maraglia" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, January 29, 2002 4:46 PM Subject: [IMail Forum] Re:Who caught the latest virus before it caught their users? > Hello, > > Slightly off topic, but not too far... > > We are running Imail 6.0x, soon to upgrade to 7.05.
