Chris, I never heard back from you off-list re: your resource utilization, and what process was consuming CPU and RAM, but the only way KWM could contribute to iwebmsg locks is if you were in a borderline-resource situation. KWM *does* put a little more load on iwebmsg, since there are frames, and more graphics, and heavier pages with the dhtml code. But nothing in them should cause a crash. We've got over 1,100 installations of KWM out there, and I've heard about iwebmsg stoppage from you and one other, and also several with stock templates on this list. Did you move the KWMimages directory to IIS? Did you find any traces of Nimda hitting on port 80, in either your IIS logs or your W2* iwebmsg logs? Did you try moving the smtp delivery duties off IMail, and onto MS SMTP or another mailserver? All those things will affect IMail server stability significantly. My offer still stands for me or one of my guys to remote-access in and help you diagnose the real problem... let me know off-list, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Ron Hornbaker President/CTO . . . . . . . . . . . . http://humankindsystems.com . . . . . . . . . . . . w e c o d e. w e c a r e. . http://AnswerTrack.com - eCRM email tracking solution . http://KillerWebMail.com - the name says it all . http://hksi.net/products - EZSignUp, You'veGotIMail!, etc... . http://hksi.net/testimonials - 2,331 admins can't be wrong Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
