Chris,

I never heard back from you off-list re: your resource utilization, and
what process was consuming CPU and RAM, but the only way KWM could
contribute to iwebmsg locks is if you were in a borderline-resource
situation. KWM *does* put a little more load on iwebmsg, since there are
frames, and more graphics, and heavier pages with the dhtml code. But
nothing in them should cause a crash. We've got over 1,100 installations
of KWM out there, and I've heard about iwebmsg stoppage from you and one
other, and also several with stock templates on this list.

Did you move the KWMimages directory to IIS? Did you find any traces of
Nimda hitting on port 80, in either your IIS logs or your W2* iwebmsg
logs? Did you try moving the smtp delivery duties off IMail, and onto MS
SMTP or another mailserver? All those things will affect IMail server
stability significantly.

My offer still stands for me or one of my guys to remote-access in and
