It's not going to be easy. You'll need to use some sort of fancy clustering.

Where did you even find out about imailapi.dll? It's undocumented. The
Knowledge Base has nothing about it, not even google has anything about
it. Unless you just happened to guess that it could be used for connecting
to other machines, please do share whatever information you have.
