>I just found out that a Spammer used my iMail v5.09 server to forward spam.

Not surprising; you're listed in NJABL, ORBZIN, ORBZOUT, ORDB, OSRELAY,
POSTFIXGATE, and now SPAMCOP.

>I tried to set the Addresses to my Static IP range, but it wouldn't allow
>me to send mail outside the range I specified.

That's exactly what it's supposed to do. That's kind of like complaining
that someone can't get into your house without a key to your front door.

>Anyone with any input?

Yes.

To close your open relay, you can either use IMail's "Relay for addresses"
(in which case you would enter a list of "safe" IP addresses that your
users may come from; anyone not coming from those safe IPs would need to
use SMTP AUTH), or "No mail relay" (which really means that everyone must
use SMTP AUTH). Note that relay setting apply only to outgoing E-mail, so
no matter what your settings are, your users will still be able to get mail.

In your situation, you would use "Relay for Addresses" and enter your
static IP addresses there. Then, anyone coming from outside will need a
"key" (SMTP AUTH).
