The way this has been handled is almost unbelievable. If one has been following the forum for any length of time it makes you wonder if IPSWITCH is intentionally trying to drive off customers or if they just blunder into these things.
It could have been a really great thing for IPSWITCH if it had been shared with their user community. But the way it has been done certainly does not produce many warm fuzzy feelings of company or product loyalty.
