At this point, you have delivered the E-mail to AOL, and they have accepted
responsibility for it. Anything that happens to the E-mail after this
point is the responsibility of AOL.

It could be, but is highly unlikely. AOL does silently delete E-mail, but
they aren't going to do it just because of that.

That's because you can't. Only the owner of an IP can decide what the
reverse DNS entry will be, and Register.com has nothing to do with that
IP. Your ISP is the one who would handle the reverse DNS entry (either add
it, or delegate it to your DNS servers).
I think this is just a case of AOL being trigger happy -- your mail
server's IP address doesn't seem to have any problems (unless it is not
24.167.92.30, in which case you may well have problems).
