I don't suppose you still have this. I know going to tech support at NAI is not always satisfactory. I am just as likely to get someone who will tell me he doesn't know a thing about it. But on their website they have Hotfix 8, Hotfix 9 and Hotfix 10. It appears from the readme that Hotfix 10 has everything that was in Hotfix 10 so I am really puzzled about this hotfix 4 and why it would not e covered in the latest Hotfix with a bigger number on the website.
