We have decided not to renew our service contract since Ipswitch does not
seem to respond to email questions much and we think a 50% annual
maintenance fee is awfully high compared to the industry "standard" which
is more like 10% to 15%. It does not appear to us to be a value for the
money. If they were to try the "standard" and actually offer the service
we might be inclined to subscribe.

So far we have not observed this effect of Webmessaging but most of our
users do not use it much if at all. We are on a Win2K box and running
version 7.05 just updated from 6.0x so I am not anxious to discover this
problem. If we begin to see it we probably will recommend everyone use
mail2web.com to get their e-mail.
