I see this in our logs too. We correlated this to an error message in the
user's browser:
"The server process has been interrupted due to an internal error.
Please wait a moment, then refresh the page.
Close Window "
This could be caused normally by a dialup user being disconnected
during a webmail session. However we see this occasionally at an office
with a dedicated high speed link.
Ipswitch Tech support has requested that I try the stock templates to
see if the problem goes away. This is much like trying to change the
wheels on a moving freight train ... haven't been able to arrange it yet.
