Between approx. 12:00pm and 1:30pm, Tim was not receiving emails from this vendor. This was only area of the log file that looked questionable.
Please see http://www.declude.com/info/logs.htm -- the SMTPD lines you posted were for outgoing E-mail. You want to look at the SMTP or SMTP- lines for incoming E-mail.
