I did not mean to offend, merely to offer some additional options and information that might help. You are correct that the majority of our experience is with low-end business connections, but we do have some experience with consumer grade situations... and have often found ourselves in the situation he described... For us, nobody was there to make any recommendations or provide any information, so we did it ourselves, and learned, and now we pass on what works for us so that others might have a little more to go on... You're right that it doesn't always work, but it does frequently if you know what you are trying to do... thus I qualify my recommendations with *should* and *might*.
