My question would be, and correct me if I'm wrong - it's been a LONG time
since I did an fresh install of iMail, but why isn't 'relay for addresses'
the default option. Just set it up that way and new users will have to
figure out the different options only if for some odd reason they have to
setup an open relay.

Subject: [IMail Forum] IMail Forum FAQ (was: [ROUTING SPAM])

We are always open to suggestions on how to improve usage of the information
that is already available. For instance the IMail Support Center has the
top Knowledge Base articles and the new Knowledge Base articles updated at
least weekly:

http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/index.asp

The top KB articles are based on usage and on the questions that come in via
telephone and email.

How often are relay questions asked? I am pretty sure that the relay
options KB article has been in the top 3 for a few months. So the question
is, why is this information not being used. Is this information not clear
in the descriptions? Do we need more questions/answers listed?

If we, the forum, can come up with some good ideas, I will do my best to
implement some of them.
