[IMail Forum] Exchange Mail to Imail forwarding

I have a question a little off the subject, but does anyone know how to
forward my internal exchange email to their Imail account? Installed a new
firewall and users can't get in to get their internal mail. VPN is beginning
to bug the he.. out of me.
