Right now, it doesn't seem worth the price which last time I looked had a
strange pricing structure - not cost based but user-based and not worth what
it catches.
Spamcop seems the most relevant and up to date RBL out there now and for
the moment it is free. Like any RBL it flags some legitimate mail but when
combined with text filtering (Sniffer) and other warning flags, it's very
effective.
