Related recommendation to all: now that Imail is creating long file names (LFNs), you will get increased (i.e. unchanged) performance by turning off automatic 8.3 file name creation (if you haven't already):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation should be DWORD = 1.
