It shouldn't if they're running their own mailserver.

That's  lame;  I'd  get a new ISP. Domain-literals are one of the best
testing  and/or  crunchtime tools available. They should get a smarter
anti-spam  app (like Declude?). To me, shutting out all domain-literal
addressing  is  akin to refusing <> senders (not in the RFC sense, but
in  the  practical  sense).  But  I  guess I use that method more than
others.
