We're an ISP, and any problem is OUR problem. If auth cannot be made to reliably function on such major clients as Outlook and Outlook Express (which are used by about 85% of our clients), then it is no solution at all. I've looked at auth, since it would cure a good many problems, especially for those customers who have domains hosted with us, but do not use us as their provider.
