Len, We have the useless mail.ourdomains.com you reference set-up on our servers as we followed the IMail docs suggestion during original configuration. What are the best steps to make a change?
1. Request DNS MX record change from mail.domain.com to domain.com. 2. Change in host name in IMail. 3. Notify users of new pop3 address domain.com. Have I missed anything? Will there be interruptions in service?
