When I change the hosts file, do I need to reboot, or does the system read 
the file each time?

That's why I need to setup the IP in the "relay for addresses" list?  I 
thought that was just for sending; so the hosts list controls if it'll 
accept an email, but the relay list controls if it passes it to the 
requesting system?
