For some reason the browser does not get updated with the changes that are made, even though the changes do actually get made. I believe that if you look at the account through IMail Administrator you will see that the change did get made. Often times if you close down the browser and log back on, you will also see that the changes got made.
If this is not the case, then there really is something wrong with your templates.
