I renamed the domain and its virtual host in the registry when I had this problem. The domain had the .com lopped of the end, and it's associated virtual host entry had the domain entry renamed to match. When they are paid up, just rename back again. 'Course, there is a chnace you may screw up your registry if you aren't careful. Don't blame me if you do, but it's an option.
