That is definitely what this is. In speaking with their tech support folks I
was informed that filtering without a bounce back message is very common
with them, as it's easier to simply eat it without a reply. They have
acknowledged that it is their filtering system that is eating my messages
and that is has nothing to do with anything on our end. But because it's a
random problem they need to locate the box that is eating them, and for one
reason or another they want me to help them find it.

What I could use though, is for someone to tell me how I could follow the
delivery from their mail relay directly to the users email address.

I have already proven that their servers have accepted the email, it's the
rest of the trail I need to follow.
