IMail always reports "Unknown user" if a mailserver rejects your E-mail, no 
matter what the reason.  So "Unknown user" may mean "No such user here", 
"That user can't accept mail; their mailbox is full", or even "Your mail is 
rejected since you are listed in DORKZTL and DSBL and XBL".  So IMail users 
often don't know that they are listed in spam databases.

You might want to check the IMail SMTP log file for the date/time you sent 
the message, and see what it says after the "RCPT TO:" line.
