Hi Everyone, I have just received a weird call from a customer.
This customers has two office locations where they get email at. They use my POP mail server for incoming mail, and their ISP's SMTP server for sending. One is connected via a XO DSL line at location A and via a Earthlink DSL line in location B. Location A is fine, however in location B, whenever they download there email (via outlook) they get two copies of every email. Now this is the first complain I have received about this, so I am "assuming" it has something to do with Earthlink, but thought I would ask first. Any suggestions?
