Some spam databases list not only the unique IP but whole IP block.
So that if someone from 63.172.199.146 spammed even once then you're
automaticly listed too.
Same thing is same for us, 208.231.5.107, we've never spammed out, but our
IP is listed on some databases. (2 I guess)
  By the way, XBL also listed your IP as a SPAM source.
I'm just curios, how come can you be so sure, that you've never send out
SPAM ,ever ?
How well do you watch your outgoing emails. ?
Do you know how many emails being sent everyday?
