I found the odbcuser.dll on my Plat server but i'm not sure of its origins. I'm sending it as an attachment in the hopes that maybe you'll recognize. The results you were describing seem to be hitting the nail on the head. I've had to edit the template for changing user information in Web Mail (chgldap.html) in order to keep users from changing their first and last names in those fields. It creates another mailbox for the user "firstname_lastname" which locks them out of their original email account --- it's a mess. Thanks again, Chad
