Hello All,
I've got a customer that we are unable to send emails to. Here's what I'm
seeing in the logs:
SMTPD (275B00F8) [208.255.176.2] connect 208.251.220.5 port 1797
SMTPD (275B00F8) [208.251.220.5] HELO swoff13
SMTPD (275B00F8) [208.251.220.5] MAIL FROM: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
SMTPD (275B00F8) [208.251.220.5] RCPT TO: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
SMTPD (275B00F8) [208.251.220.5] ERR twinstar.com invalid user
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I'm able to ping and telnet to the user's mail server, which by the way is
Imail 7.1. Also the client says that they're getting emails from other
sources, but not us. Emails are returned with the following error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: This is a test
Sent: 6/21/2002 8:51 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' on 6/21/2002 8:51 AM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.
Any thoughts here? What does it mean "No transport provider"? My concern is
that somewhere I'm on someone's spam list. What are the main spam lists out?
Any help is appreciated as this is a very important client of ours.
Thanks!
Troy Hilton
