This is also what I recall but one must admit that a few Ipswitch staff members are again participating, which is a Good Thing even though they do it out of goodwill and perhaps at a risk. Although this vendor-provided discussion list likely reduces the load on the company's support staff and is thus a benefit to Ipswitch, it still pains me to read some postings bashing IMail but I digress. I, for one, would like to see the weekly reminders resuscitated in an expanded form where points of etiquette are included.
