We recently upgraded to 7.1 and the hotfix. While Webmessaging has never been stable for us, it has gotten worse. Instead of just not allowing logins or crashing outright - both of which we can catch and reboot, it has started allowing failed logins, but the interface hangs when a successful login happens. It just sits there trying to login.
Checking the logs shows nothing odd. None of the normal web messaging issues of zooming memory or cpu domination. Any ideas? I tried tech support to only be told it is a known issue and a patch will be coming in a few weeks.
