Well tried the .71-.76 IP and there is what looks like a misconfigured
PIX. Accepted the connection but cannot gracefully disconnect (Quit doesn't
work). I did get an inactivity disconnect after about 3 min.

Well at this point privacy is mute since I am just basically stuck so here
goes

the server has ip addresss 216.83.193.70 - 216.83.193.78
subnet is 255.255.255.0
all other services bind to all ip's
imail smtp and pop3 are only working on 216.83.193.78
no static routing table on the machine
i use as a gateway 216.83.193.1
external address to the router is (i think) 216.83.207.5

My server is colocated with a provider. I really think the issue is on
their end. I amtrying to eliminate all possibilities before i lash into
them again (i have been recieving horrible customer service from them
lately)
